Organizing and Optimizing Blog Posts
Blog posts can include categories, tags, a preview image, alt text, and SEO metadata.
These fields appear lower in the post detail view.
Categories and Tags

Categories and tags help organize posts and support filtering, discovery, and public page category selection.
Categories are required for Blog posts. Categories help organize posts and can determine which posts appear on specific public Blog pages.
Tags are optional descriptive terms. Tags can support public filtering, searching, related-post logic, or discovery depending on how the public page is configured.
Categories and tags can be selected from existing values. When inline management is available, you can also create a new category or tag while editing the post.
Preview Image and Alt Text

The Preview Image field adds a main image for the post and includes an Image Alt Tag field for accessibility and SEO.
The Preview Image field adds a main image for the post. This image can appear on public list views, post cards, related-post areas, social previews, or post detail pages depending on page configuration and site design.
If a post does not have its own preview image, the public display can use a category image as a fallback where supported.
Use Image Alt Tag to describe the image for accessibility and SEO.
The AI Image option can be used to generate a preview image where available. AI-generated images include an invisible watermark, and generated alt text can be added automatically. Review AI-generated images and alt text before publishing.
SEO Options

SEO Options can override the default page title and description for an individual Blog post.
SEO Options include Page Title and Description fields. These fields can override default page metadata for the post.
Use SEO metadata when the default post title or summary is not the best text for search results or social sharing. The SEO Assistant can help draft a page title and description, but AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before saving.
