Understanding User Manager Action Icons

The User Manager list views include action buttons at the end of each row. These buttons let you work with one user or one permission template at a time.

The controls you see depend on your CMS permissions. Users with restricted permissions may not be able to access all features.

User Actions

User Row Actions Edit opens the selected user. Copy creates a new user from the selected user. Delete removes the selected user account.

Template Actions

Template Row Actions Edit opens the selected template. Copy creates a new template from the selected template. Delete removes the selected template.

Deleting a template has no effect on users originally created from that template. Once created, user profiles are independent of templates.
