Using Alert Actions, History, and Deletion

Each alert row includes action buttons used to manage that alert.

The controls you see depend on your CMS permissions. Users with restricted permissions may not be able to access all features.

Alert row actions include Edit, History, and Delete.

Alert row actions include:

Action	What It Does
	Edit opens the alert detail view so you can update the alert's title, message, display rule, dates, colors, link, or other settings.
	History opens the alert's saved version history. Each saved change creates a history record for that alert.
	Delete removes the alert from the active alert list when deletion is allowed.

From the history view, you can load a previous version of the alert into the alert detail view. Review the loaded version before saving it as the current version.
